Agent Settlement Passport checks a specific Base USDC receipt, an expected payee, positive minimum amount and confirmation threshold using at least two of three public RPC providers. It returns a canonical evidence snapshot and unsigned SHA-256 digest; not a cryptographic state proof, independent issuer signature, merchant vetting, regulatory certification or fraud guarantee.
Verified, narrowly: PayAPI Market funded one 0.10 USDC Base-mainnet x402 GET canary on 13 October 2026. Two public RPCs independently confirmed the matching USDC transfer; PayAPI confirmed paid HTTP 200 and a substantive Passport response. This proves a marketplace operator-funded paid integration test, not a repeat enterprise customer or organic demand. An earlier 0.01 USDC full-receipt canary is separate.
The production x402 Passport API costs 0.10 Base USDC per authorized paid call. The demo and proof links above are free to inspect. Customized integration pricing, scope and licensing require a separate written agreement.
Two distinct PayAPI operator-funded verification calls are documented: 0.01 USDC for full receipt and 0.10 USDC for Passport. Independent public RPCs confirmed the Base USDC transfers, and PayAPI reported paid HTTP 200 delivery. These technical canaries are not evidence of repeat organic buyers or enterprise certification.
