Separate intent versus retry
Our count only includes identical work submitted by different agents under the same tenant and service. Repeating an intent from the same agent is excluded from the opportunity count.
Conservative v2 correction: the same work fingerprint at a different price is not counted as avoidable spending. Any v1 example using different quoted prices must be recalculated. A positive result remains hypothetical—not independently verified savings.
Measure possible cross-agent duplicate purchases using a local, sanitized CSV file. Exclude content you cannot legally share, payments your cache already avoided, and results with unverified delivery. Test whether the remaining opportunity even justifies engineering costs.
CSV schema: occurred_at, tenant_id, agent_id, service_id, work_fingerprint, price_usd, reusable, delivery_verified, existing_cache_hit. The work fingerprint must be a non-sensitive, canonical opaque ID, not a raw prompt.
Events must contain an explicit UTC offset. Candidate duplicates are limited to *different agents in the same tenant* asking the same service for the same canonical work fingerprint within the selected period. No attempt is made to decide semantic similarity.

Records flagged as already cached, ineligible for lawful sharing, or lacking verified delivery are excluded before duplicate matching. False positives remain possible when inputs are mislabeled.
Use a 7–30 day, approved sample. Require a contract review, independent operator confirmation, and actual measured reductions in invoices before claiming economic impact.
We can discuss a free scoped engineering fit review. Share only the aggregate statistics you explicitly approve, never raw or confidential traces. No paid pilot or acquisition is implied, and no performance guarantees or current enterprise customers are claimed.
